History:

Since they foundet in 2000, Gramingna Soundsystem from Rom is unstoppable on their way to the top of the italian dancehall sounds.
Besides of the very active italian reggae scene,
Selecta Macro Marco and Mc Brusco are also focusing on the international way.
Heavy loadet with lots of exclusive dubplates featuring jamaican artists and superstars
they also became famous in the german reggae scene.
In 2004 they won a soundclash in rome against sentinel, the world champion from 2005.
The next year they won an international soundclash in Berlin against Budadub(Munich) and Stalwart(Bermuda).
Soon people start calling them the Italian No.1
In 2006 they won the Euro Sound War in Speyer/Germany against Soundquake(Ger),Immortal(U.K.),and Freddy (Ja).
And by touring allover germany, they also proved to be very good entertainers by making the crowd get mad everywhere they played.

GRAMIGNA PRODUCTIONS iwas founded at the beginning of 2000, loving reggae and rap since the end of the eighties, they pay always attention to the development of these new musical styles on the Italian scene. Wishing to emerge with our own music, involving those who are more close to us , they decide to create Gramigna independent label!!!! The idea of a record label is born from the demand of young artists promotion, with reggae sounds, hip-hop, funk and ragga.They like to introduce into the Italian musical reality, developing a long term project, those artists who aim at music quality and contents, away from "imposed" fashion. After the beautiful and lucky experience of the first publication of the EP of the FUNKY CABARET: "Musica Maestro" the story goes on ........... In 2001 are born the idea to arrange the study in a stable structure in the former-lanifici Lanciani (via Pietralata), with the aid of Rinaldo and its availability in makes them  to use a space for the study all that allows to increase us to professionality in study, than us they will carry to the ideazione and realization of other productions.
